By agreeing to these terms, you are recognizing that certain information may be unpublished and / or subject to commercial restrictions under the terms of contracts with third parties, you shall keep as confidential all information disclosed to you by Flabbergasted Studios (“the Principal”) relating to the project entitled Bruno's Balloons whatsoever, without the permission of the Principal, or of an authorized agent. You are also acknowledging that the character's and plot of Bruno's Balloons are the Intellectual Property of Flabbergasted Studios, and it's founders, Colton Jansen and Jared Jansen. You also agree not to share the following video or the password to view it.
